Scope:

The principal contractor Lend Lease engaged FSACE to provide structural design calculation checks and drawings for a number of temporary works items including:

• Temporary frame and working platform for the installation of precast barrier panels to the extended highway along the river;
• Various items related to the installation of gabion baskets along the river including a lifting frame, handrails, rock filling bin and basket bursting check;
• Mooring frames and access pontoon for installation at the temporary works dry dock;
• Design checks to existing wharfs for proposed crane loading;

We note that FSACE have completed the majority of the structural steel temporary work designs for this project.
