Scope:

The asset owner Lendlease Urban Regeneration engaged FSACE to complete a structural engineering assessment and undertake remedial repair works design on the wharf structure including:

• Develop a scope for the repair and maintenance of the wharf in line with Lendlease objectives;
• Develop drawings and specification detailing the remedial works;
• Complete a vessel impact assessment for the wharf structure; and
• Complete a design capacity assessment for the wharf.
